Our Story
We founded Ever-power in 2004 with a clear objective: to manufacture PTO shaft parts that match the quality of premium European brands while providing significantly better value for agricultural equipment operators worldwide. What began as a small workshop focused on universal joint cross kits has grown into a vertically integrated production campus spanning over 30,000 square metres.
From the beginning, we built our reputation by listening to what farmers, dealers, and implement manufacturers actually needed from their driveline components, not just meeting specifications on paper, but delivering parts that survive the real-world punishment of broadacre harvesting, heavy-duty baling, and continuous-feed silage operations. That commitment to field-proven performance is woven into everything we do.
Today we maintain an active inventory of more than 10,000 individual part numbers covering PTO drive shafts (Series 1 through 8), cross kits, safety shields, torque limiters, yoke ends, spline adaptors, and agricultural gearboxes. We export to customers across Australia, North America, South America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
Our growth has always been organic, driven by repeat orders and referrals. When a customer in Moree tells a neighbour that our cross bearings lasted the entire harvest, or a dealer in Queensland re-orders because our torque limiters eliminated their warranty returns, that is the kind of growth we value most.
What Drives Us
Three principles guide every engineering decision, production run, and customer interaction at Ever-power.
Our Mission
We exist to keep agricultural machinery running. Every PTO shaft part we manufacture is designed to minimise downtime, maximise service life, and deliver dependable power transmission under the most demanding field conditions. We measure our success by the hours our components spend working, not sitting on a shelf waiting for replacement.
Our Vision
We aim to become the world's most trusted independent source of PTO driveline components. Not the biggest, not the cheapest, but the supplier that engineers, dealers, and fleet managers turn to first because they know our parts will fit correctly, perform reliably, and arrive on time, every time.
Our Values
Engineering integrity comes first. We never substitute inferior materials to hit a price point. We test every batch against documented standards. We invest in CNC machinery and skilled machinists because precision cannot be faked. And we treat every customer's specifications as a promise we must keep.
Manufacturing Capabilities
We control every stage of production in-house, from raw steel billet to finished, inspected, export-packed PTO shaft assemblies.
Forging and Forming
We operate closed-die forging presses ranging from 630 to 2,500 tonnes for yoke blanks, cross bodies, and flange forgings. Hot forging from C45, 42CrMo4, and 40Cr alloy billets produces grain-flow-optimised components with superior fatigue life compared to cast or machined-from-bar alternatives.
CNC Machining
Our machining division houses over 60 CNC lathes, milling centres, and dedicated spline-cutting machines. Cross trunnions are ground and lapped to surface finishes below Ra 0.4 um. Yoke cross-hole bores are held within 0.02 mm concentricity, ensuring smooth universal joint articulation and extended bearing life.
Heat Treatment
We operate in-house carburising, quenching, tempering, and induction-hardening lines. Cross kit needle bearings are through-hardened to HRC 60-64. Yoke splines receive surface induction hardening to HRC 55-60 with a case depth of 1.5 to 2.5 mm, balancing wear resistance with core toughness to prevent brittle fracture under shock loads.
Assembly and Testing
We assemble complete PTO drive shaft units on dedicated lines with torque-controlled tooling. Every assembled shaft undergoes a runout check (less than 0.5 mm TIR), spline engagement verification, and torque limiter calibration before packing. Safety shields are fit-tested against each shaft diameter to confirm free rotation.
Our Journey
Key milestones in Ever-power's development from a single-product workshop to a full-range PTO driveline manufacturer.
Company Founded
We established Ever-power with a focus on manufacturing universal joint cross kits for the agricultural aftermarket. Initial production capacity was 50,000 cross kits per year from a single workshop with 12 employees.
PTO Shaft Assembly Line Launched
We expanded into complete PTO drive shaft assembly, adding yoke forging, profile tube production, and safety shield manufacturing. Our product range grew to cover Series 1 through 6 shafts.
ISO 9001 Certification Achieved
We implemented a comprehensive quality management system across all production lines and achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification. This formalised the testing and traceability protocols we had already been developing.
Agricultural Gearbox Division Added
We established a dedicated gearbox production facility, enabling us to supply matched PTO shaft and implement gearbox systems from a single source. Spiral bevel, helical, and worm gearboxes entered our catalogue.
New 30,000 m2 Production Campus
We relocated to a purpose-built production campus housing forging, machining, heat treatment, assembly, quality control, and warehousing under one integrated roof. Annual capacity exceeded 500,000 PTO shaft assemblies.
Wide-Angle CV Shaft Technology
We introduced our constant-velocity (CV) wide-angle PTO shaft range, capable of operating at angles up to 80 degrees. This advanced driveline technology addressed a growing demand from precision agriculture and specialised implement configurations.
Serving 50+ Countries
We now export to more than 50 countries with dedicated logistics partnerships for Australian, North American, European, and Southeast Asian markets. Our product catalogue encompasses over 10,000 part numbers with stock availability for rapid dispatch.
Quality Control and Certifications
We treat quality not as a department, but as a production discipline embedded in every process from incoming raw material inspection to final pre-shipment audit. Every forging batch is spectrometer-tested for chemical composition. Every machined dimension is verified against digital inspection records. Every heat-treated lot is hardness-tested with calibrated equipment.
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. We also manufacture in compliance with ISO 5674 (PTO shaft guarding), EN 12965 (agricultural machinery safety), and the dimensional standards referenced by major European driveline OEMs including Bondioli & Pavesi, Walterscheid, and Comer Industries.
For customers who require additional documentation, we provide material certificates (EN 10204 3.1), dimensional inspection reports, hardness test records, and photographic evidence of packing and container loading. All records are maintained for a minimum of five years for full traceability.

Engineering-Led, Customer-Focused
We employ over 200 people across our production campus, including a core team of 25 mechanical engineers and metallurgists. Many of our senior engineers have spent their entire careers in the power transmission and agricultural driveline industry, accumulating deep practical knowledge that translates directly into better-performing products.
Our sales and customer service team includes staff fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Arabic, enabling clear technical communication with buyers across all our export markets. Every enquiry is handled by someone who understands the product, not just the paperwork.
We invest continuously in our workforce through ongoing skills training, CNC programming courses, and quality systems auditing qualifications. Our retention rate is among the highest in the industry because we value experience and reward expertise.
Continuous Improvement Culture
We operate a formal continuous improvement programme modelled on lean manufacturing principles. Production floor teams run regular Kaizen events focused on reducing waste, improving cycle times, and eliminating quality defects at source rather than catching them at final inspection.
Customer feedback loops directly into our engineering review process. When a field report identifies a wear pattern, a seal failure mode, or a dimensional tolerance issue, we trace it back to the production stage, implement a corrective action, and verify the fix across subsequent batches. This closed-loop approach means our products improve incrementally with every production run.
We maintain a dedicated R&D budget for new product development, focused on advanced sealing technologies, improved cross bearing materials, friction-reducing coatings for telescopic tubes, and the expansion of our wide-angle constant-velocity PTO shaft range.
